• Wash with like colors
• Mild detergent only — no bleach, no fabric softener

Drying

• Tumble dry on low, or hang dry for the longest lifespan
• Pull it out promptly to keep the wrinkles at bay

Ironing

• Low heat, inside out
• Never iron directly over the print
• Steam or dry — both work fine
• Do not dry clean

Processing

Orders are printed and prepared within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons — think the weeks leading up to the 4th of July or the holidays — give us a little extra runway.

Delivery times

Once your order ships, here's when to expect it on your doorstep:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–15 business days

Total time from click to closet:

• United States: 5–12 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees — carriers have their own weather, their own volume, their own timelines.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where your shirt is headed.

Free shipping on US orders over $80 — because if you're stocking up for the whole cookout, we've got you covered.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Give it a day or two to start updating — the carrier scans can be slow off the line.

Refunds & replacements

We stand behind every shirt we send out. Because each tee is printed to order, we handle returns a little differently than big-box stores — but if something's wrong on our end, we'll make it right.

You're covered if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• There's a printing error or quality issue

What we can't cover:

• Wrong size selected at checkout (check the size chart before you order — and if you're between sizes, size up)
• Change of mind after ordering
• Wrong shipping address entered at checkout

Here's how it works:

• You have 30 days from delivery to reach out
• Email support@twofiftyyears.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos showing the problem
• We'll review and respond within 1–3 business days
• In most cases, you won't need to ship anything back — we'll issue a refund or send a replacement based on the issue
• Refunds land back in 3–5 business days for PayPal, up to 10 business days for credit or debit cards

Lost or stolen packages
